EU|BIC Impact Management Workshop

This highly interactive session will help participants understand and apply impact measurement in practice. The first hour builds a shared foundation on why impact matters and how to approach it strategically. The second hour will be hands-on group work using practical tools to map impact pathways, select meaningful KPIs, and identify concrete improvements for real programmes.
