Brussels International Airport is at Zaventem, 14 km far from the city centre.
To get to the centre there is a direct train (Intercity) that starts from the airport. At peak times, 6 trains run every hour and from the Central Station, which is only three minutes’ walk to the congress venue.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport

Brussels South Charleroi Airport is 60km far from Brussels city centre. Every 30 minutes a shuttle coach (Flibco) leaves the airport to take you to the main Brussels railway station (Brussels Midi). The shuttle coach stop is at the crossing of rue de France and rue de l'Instruction.
Shuttle tickets are sold outside the airport terminal and the terminal tickets. You can also buy cheaper tickets on this website. The price of the ticket one way is 14€ on the website.
Belgian train company - Société nationale des Chemins de Fer belges (SNCB)
Arriving by train is super easy, in fact the congress venue is attached to the Central Station of Brussels. All main tram, bus, metro and train lines converge here. Train routes to every part of Belgium run from the same station which includes the cities of Antwerp, Brugge, Charleroi, Gent, Mons and Liège.

It’s easy to come to the congress also by car, because Parking Albertine, a big public car park, is underneath the venue, with direct elevator access to it (from level -3). It is accessible 24H and has recharging facilities for electric cars.
